Daylilies Daylilies are the ultimate low-maintenance perennial, and will do well in any average garden soil in full sun, or a bit of shade.  All of these plants are suited for zones 3-9. We do not grow these plants.  They are grown by Walters Gardens in Michigan.  Walters is the largest, and we think the best, perennial grower in the U.S.  Last summer, they sent us a number of sample daylilies and we decided to offer a selection of their plants for shipment in the spring. These plants will be shipped bare-root. They are 1-2 fan divisions, generally the size that commercial growers would put in one gallon containers. All we are going to do is ship the plants out as they are delivered to us.  This allows us to offer them at an excellent price, and the more you order, the cheaper they are, as little as $4.00 each in quantities of 25 per variety.  Walters grows a very large selection of daylilies, and we chose 12 of our favorites to offer for spring shipment.
