Bright gold-centered, corrugated leaves with dark green margins. Near
white flowers. Parentage unknown. This plant is often described
as an improvement on 'Color Glory', but I've never seen any indication
that it is in any way related, so I'm not sure why they are compared.
Since 'Color Glory' is not one of my favorite hostas, I wouldn't argue
that this is a better plant, but I personally don't see that much of a
resemblance.

Named for the vestigial leaves on its flower scapes which are supposed to produce a
'Christmas tree' effect. Frankly, I have not seen the plant produce this effect.
Regardless, it is a beautiful plant, with deep green, heavily crinkled rounded leaves with
contrasting white margins. Very vigorous. Lavender flowers.
