Your satisfaction is vital to our
continued success. We guarantee our plants to arrive in good condition, to
be healthy, and to be correctly identified. If there is anything wrong with
the plants you receive, we will send a replacement or a refund.
Our guarantee is
relatively simple. If you are not happy with the plants you
received from us, if you do not like their size, their
appearance, or if you just changed your mind, whatever the
reason, just send them back within 30 days and we will send you
a refund or replacement. If the reason you are unhappy with the
plants is because you forgot to plant them, water them, or did
something else silly, we would hope you would not ask us to pay
for the error of your ways.
Delivering you a
healthy plant, true to name, is all we can do. After that, it’s
up to you and we will not take responsibility for plants that
were delivered in good condition but do not survive in your
garden unless there is some reason to believe it is our fault.
